Experience: Swim

Arguably the most enchanting path in Sardinia, this dreamlike hike invites both body and mind to wander through wind-sculpted granite and the aromatic embrace of Mediterranean vegetation.

An Exciting Trail Through Nature

The route flows over natural stairways shaped by centuries, revealing a scenery that once drew free spirits to its starlit gatherings. Adventurers will delight in climbing over massive boulders and threading narrow corridors, moving between sweeping ridges and secluded coves. In the heart of this surreal landscape, the sun ignites the stone into luminous forms, balancing moments of pure exhilaration with deep tranquility. Blending wild beauty with a lingering bohemian aura, this Capo Testa trail promises an experience unlike any other.

What to Bring

To enjoy your hike comfortably, please bring:

  • Swimwear (for coastal hikes)

  • A small towel (if needed)

  • Any personal medication you may require during the hike (including inhalers)

  • Optional snacks (fruit, energy bars, etc.)

Many of our hikes include the opportunity for a swim. For added comfort when entering the water, we recommend bringing water shoes or swim shoes (optional). These are easy to find in most sports shops.

Please note that there are no shops or facilities along the trails.

For safety and comfort on the trail, please wear:

  • Trail running shoes or hiking shoes with good grip (required)

  • Socks (always required)

  • Comfortable sportswear, ideally quick-drying

  • A jacket or hoodie for sunset hikes, windy days, or cooler weather

For safety reasons, guests wearing flip-flops, sandals, open shoes, or other unsuitable footwear will not be able to join the hike. Regular sports shoes are not sufficient unless they are trail running shoes. Socks are mandatory.
